To meet your driver at Pearson International Airport:

Once you have collected your luggage, cleared customs etc. and entered the public area of the terminal, follow the overhead signs to the “PRE-ARRANGED LIMOUSINE” area near the middle of the terminal. 

The specific locations of PRE-ARRANGED LIMOUSINE:

Terminal 1: Door ‘D’ on the arrivals level
Terminal 2: Post #21
Terminal 3: Post #23

Check in with the uniformed attendant. Tell him/her your name and that you are traveling with Monarch.  Your driver will be notified and should arrive at your location momentarily.
